About The Position
Company is looking for a qualified intern to join our Real Estate team. Our Real Estate department is pivotal for the continuity of our business. This department oversees Real Estate nationwide which includes leasing, renewals, opening/closing buildings, and property management of over 8 million sqft of Industrial Space. That enables us to provide best in class services to major companies nationwide. We seek an intern who can participate in various stages of real estate operations, organization, development, and enhancement. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, be able to handle several assignments concurrently, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Industrial Real Estate, and in-depth understanding Contract Logistics.
