The intern will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team, with high levels of interaction with senior management, external contractors and support functions. Key responsibilities will include: Take part in the asset management process (including management of the asset in portfolio, and of the construction sites, daily meeting with the project managers and the project team, review of the capex budget and timeline, monitoring and management of the asset's performances and participation in leasing activities) Participate in the assessment of investment opportunities (gathering technical information, valuation of the assets, analysis of the existing surfaces, study of the capex budget and the possible future value creation) Take part in the investment process (including drafting the investment memorandum and reviewing technical and legal due diligence work) Preparation of reporting / presentations for investors and coordination with the other European teams To enhance your recruitment prospects and prepare for potential interviews, please consult our Resource Center.
