Open Roles & LocationsLos Angeles, CA Practice Focus: Real Estate – Transactional Experience: 2nd–6th Year Associates Los Angeles or Orange County, CA Practice Focus: Insolvency / Restructuring Experience: 4th–6th Year Associates Nashville, TN (Two Openings) Practice Focus: Real Estate & Transactional Experience: 5th–8th Year Associates Two distinct roles supporting continued growth of the Nashville office Scottsdale, AZ Practice Focus: Real Estate & Transactional Experience: 2nd–6th Year Associates Practice Highlights Attorneys in these roles will handle a broad range of commercial real estate and insolvency matters, including: Real Estate / Transactional Acquisitions, dispositions, and financings Commercial leasing and development Joint ventures and real estate funds Title, zoning, and land-use issues Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Insolvency / Restructuring Bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters Workout and restructuring transactions Distressed asset acquisitions Chapter 7, 11, and out-of-court restructurings Representation of lenders, borrowers, and investors
Requirements
- Current State License
- Strong job stability
- Solid academic credentials
- Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
- No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
