About The Position

Requirements

• Active or ability to activate a Georgia real estate license (salesperson).
• 1-2 years' experience in retail, outside sales, or call center sales with direct customer interaction.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to multi-task and handle inbound calls while entering customer data.
• Experience following up with customers via various communication channels during the sales cycle.
• Experience working with a CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the apartment industry and/or Atlanta area.
• Some post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound inquiries from customers looking for apartments in the Atlanta metro area.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
• Create customized online Apartment Portfolios for clients.
• Guide customers through the apartment hunting process from research to leasing and move-in.
• Build referrals and repeat customers by providing excellent customer experiences.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to present key selling points and benefits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
