Requirements
- Pursuing your MBA degree (December 2026 to July 2027 graduation date)
- Background in corporate finance, accounting, data science, business analytics, or other analytically focused positions
- Advanced experience in building financial models and highly adept with Excel
- Hands-on experience with financial software and BI reporting tools
- Ability to incorporate new approaches and methodologies while dealing with complex data
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or facilities management.
- Understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and the correlations and impacts related to lease terms and conditions
- Experience driving systems & tool development, specifically in measuring operational performance and KPIs
- SAP, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, or other finance applications such as Alteryx or visualization tools is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data analysis
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of actual spending to identify trends, areas for investment, and opportunities for optimizing investments
- Support forecasting and improve efficiency in handling operational and capital expenses
- Provide analyses is to assist in driving key decision making for executive leadership
- Create insightful business dashboards and reports on key real estate matters

- Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
- The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD.
