About The Position
We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time Real Estate Disposition Specialist to join our real estate investment company, Property Buyer Today. This position is ideal for individuals with direct experience in real estate investing, specifically those who have at least one year of relevant experience. The role does not require a license, making it accessible for those who have the necessary skills and background. As a Disposition Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with investors and buyers who are interested in purchasing properties from our company. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with these buyers and effectively managing the sales process. Integrity is a core value of our company, and we are looking for someone who embodies this principle. You will need to be results-oriented, strategic in your thinking, and capable of building connections with homeowners and companies that can access our customer base. A positive attitude, along with experience in phone sales and closing deals, is highly desirable. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a history of selling directly to consumers, such as in car sales, insurance, or timeshares, rather than retail or soft sales. This position is not for the timid; it requires a proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed. We will provide you with paid training, leads, and a system designed to support your success. However, it is essential that you bring a great attitude and strong follow-up skills to the table. The compensation structure includes a base pay plus commissions, offering significant income potential in the real estate sector.
