We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operational performance of a fast-growing real estate team. This role serves as the operational hub of the organization — supporting agent productivity, managing onboarding, assisting with recruiting processes, and overseeing the transaction coordination department. The ideal candidate has strong real estate operations experience, excels at communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate operations, transaction management, or team leadership
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate sales workflow
  • Experience managing or working with transaction coordination processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational resource for agents and staff
  • Answer agent questions and troubleshoot workflow, systems, and process issues
  • Implement and maintain operational systems that support agent productivity
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Manage the onboarding process for new agents and staff
  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and system setup
  • Ensure new hires integrate quickly and successfully into team systems and culture
  • Conduct initial screening calls with prospective agents
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Follow up with recruiting leads and maintain communication pipelines
  • Support recruiting events and pipeline tracking
  • Manage and supervise the Transaction Coordination (TC) department
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactions
  • Monitor contract-to-close workflows and service standards
  • Develop procedures and performance metrics for the TC team
  • Support leadership with reporting and operational insights
  • Facilitate internal communication between agents, leadership, and support staff
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
