About The Position
Are you a current college student with a high level of excel expertise interested in gaining real world experience in the field of multifamily real estate development? Our summer internship may be a great opportunity for you! Your skills will help us as we conduct feasibility analyses and complete financial pro-formas. When you become a Development Intern with Gables, you will develop our product while developing your future. This position will ideally be based in our McLean, VA corporate office although some consideration will be given to remote work. Ideal candidate will be able to work part time or full time end of May-August. Compensation: $25 hourly.
