THE ROLE The North America Real Estate Development team is working hard to accelerate the company’s strategy by finding new sites, opening new stores, relocating strong ones, rebuilding older ones, optimizing our existing network across North America. We do this all while living by our 4 key values of #OneTeam, #DoTheRightThing, #PlayToWin, and #TakeOwnership. As a key leader of the Global Real Estate Development team, you will be instrumental in supporting these goals through managing your team of Development Managers. You will also be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and building support with our regional or Business Unit (“BU”) operations teams, marketing teams, fuels teams, our construction team, and related internal and external stakeholders.
