Requirements

Degree or equivalent with typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of design management experience.
Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer.
3+ years of healthcare design experience, especially in oncology clinics.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam; Revit experience is a plus.
Self-directed and motivated individual.

Nice To Haves

Professional registration preferred.
Experience with WELL or LEED projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee project activities from conception through closeout.
Collaborate with project delivery teams to maintain a portfolio of capital projects.
Engage with leadership to develop client-focused project scope and goals.
Analyze client data to inform design solutions.
Prepare site/massing diagrams for conceptualization.
Meet with Authorities and external vendors for project execution.
Facilitate design iterations and manage client expectations.
Review architectural and engineering documents at each stage.
Report on schedule and budget targets, escalating risks as necessary.
Execute change management for special requests.
