The Chase Design and Construction team works on a vast array of architectural and design projects where you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of the retail banking experience. In this role, you will be a critical resource for the larger Retail Design Team. This team is responsible for plan coordination relative to work in our new and existing branch locations across the country. As a Real Estate Design Manager in the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will create site and floor plans for the larger execution team, as well as manage the critical projects details from beginning to end. Project types can range from state of the art, custom multi-story branches in expansion markets, to renovating historical heritage bank locations in need of focused design care and attention. Other facets of team support involve on-going evolution of the standards and graphic materials necessary to clearly communicate the design intent while defining the Chase brand. You will bring strong CAD capabilities, graphic and 3D modeling skills, along with a keen interest in leveraging the power that is inherent in BIM. As our team continues to grow, so do our responsibilities for component tracking, cost estimating, energy modeling, etc.
