Requirements

Well-rounded interior architecture experience in all aspects of space planning, documentation, finish selection, and project management
Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles
Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces
In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations
Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging
Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory
Coordinate U-Haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties
Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales
Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging
Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos
Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations
