About The Position

Burlington Stores is a nationally recognized retailer of high quality, branded merchandise at low everyday prices, with over 1200 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico and we are hiring a Real Estate Analyst, Integrated Data Analytics, to be a part of our growth. As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $10B in sales through our nationwide network of stores. This role is responsible for assisting with the development and build out of enhanced reporting of core Real Estate KPI's combined with related data points and attributes through existing and future data visualization tools. Utilizing the Lucernex software system and in partnership with the Manager of Real Estate Systems and Director of Integrated Data Analytics, coordinate with real estate, legal, construction, facilities, finance, planning, internal audit, store operations and various other teams across the company as well as external brokers and vendors to ensure appropriate and efficient data visualization reporting. All in supporting to tell the story in a compelling way that leads to development of increased efficiencies in existing processes flowing directly to improved ROI.
