About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support commercial real estate transactions across renewable energy and telecom infrastructure projects nationwide. You will play a central role in originating, negotiating, and closing deals while managing risk and facilitating collaboration across origination, pricing, legal, and management teams. The position allows for high autonomy, providing the chance to exercise sound business judgment, conduct due diligence, and structure agreements that drive strategic growth. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will manage a dynamic deal pipeline and influence key decision-making on complex commercial matters. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where legal expertise directly supports business expansion and portfolio success.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably at a mid- to large-sized law firm.
  • Strong remote work proficiency and comfort with technology tools for legal and business collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize deal flow, exercise sound business judgment, and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and analytical communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit, and high ethical and professional standards.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with solar, wind ground leases, or wireless leases is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of commercial real estate transactions, including renewable energy and telecom infrastructure assets.
  • Manage a nationwide pipeline of deals, coordinating communication between origination, pricing, legal, and management teams.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review commercial real estate contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, and related documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence, underwriting assets for lease terms, cash flow projections, and facility conditions.
  • Provide strategic advice on transactions and commercial matters, assessing risk and business impact.
  • Support portfolio growth initiatives through proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders.
