About The Position

Turnberry is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Intern to support our in-house legal team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a law student to gain meaningful exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including real estate, corporate governance, and transactional law. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L)
  • Strong academic record with an interest in corporate law
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Corporate Office
  • Demonstrates dependability when following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks in a timely manner or notifying appropriate person with an alternate plan

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on matters related to real estate law and corporate transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and internal reports
  • Assist with contract review and management, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal policies
  • Monitor regulatory and legal developments relevant to company operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
