About the position
Join our real estate team this summer for a part-time seasonal opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on financial data and market trends relevant to real estate
- Input and manage data within financial models (e.g., Excel)
- Assist in the creation and editing of professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Enter data into appropriate spreadsheets and databases to produce a variety of correspondence and reports
Requirements
- Preferred candidate currently enrolled in intending to pursue Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related fields
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Entry-level administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
