About The Position

A real estate company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple real estate entities. This role is responsible for managing banking, cash flow, multi-entity bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, compliance, and detailed financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate accounting experience and the ability to provide accurate, portfolio-level financial insights to leadership. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned real estate accounting professional to take ownership of complex financial operations within a growing portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in real estate accounting required
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
