About The Position
The Real Estate Contract Lead is an HQ based (Franklin, TN) position responsible for managing real estate contracts. The Real Estate Contract Lead ensures adherence to real estate policies and procedures, including conducting contractual reviews, cost analysis, and base rent/OpEx/CAM reconciliations and managing reports and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing property operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing asset value while maintaining exceptional relationships with internal customers and vendors. The Real Estate Contract Lead position will undertake additional projects assigned by the Head of Real Estate and SVP of Facilities & Construction to support the Company's goals and objectives.
