About The Position

The Real Estate Closer/Processor at Bravo Title Agency LLC is responsible for managing the closing process of real estate transactions. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate closing or title processing
• Must be a Notary Public or have the ability to become a Notary Public

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain title records
• Examine title documents and clear title requirements
• Abstract review
• Collect and deposit escrows
• Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies
• Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements/HUDs, title affidavits, and all required documents necessary for closing
• Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties
