KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program that facilitates the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program provides opportunities to learn about Key’s business and strategic pillars, learn about Key’s industry-leading employee benefits, engage in exciting networking events with Analysts across various teams, hear from members of the Executive Leadership Team, and receive relevant training ahead of starting in a full-time role. At the conclusion of the multi-week training program, Analysts will enter their Line of Business and begin working with their respective teams within a rotational program within a specific segment or full-time role. Continued development beyond the program is provided through mentorship opportunities with teammates across various levels of the organization that will provide an environment for shared learning and advice, encourage professional development, and assist in the development of career aspirations and goals. Our integrated team combines in-depth industry experience with reliable execution to help our clients achieve their goals. Analysts will be placed in the Institutional Capital Group in Cleveland. Institutional Capital Group is affiliated with the broader KeyBank Real Estate Capital platform. Specifically, ICG is focused on the unique capital and banking needs of public and private REITs, real estate operating companies, real estate fund sponsors, and real estate private equity firms. ICG helps institutional real estate entities obtain debt and equity financing in the following ways: The Institutional Capital Group (ICG) Corporate Credit Facilities (including Senior Unsecured Revolving Lines of Credit and Term Loans, Senior Secured Lines of Credit, Structurally Subordinate Lines of Credit, and Subscription Lines) Syndicated Finance Acquisition and Bridge Loans Permanent Debt (CMBS, Life Company Placement, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD) Public and Private Bonds (Private Placements, Investment Grade & High Yield bonds) Public and Private Equity (IPOs, Common Equity Offerings and Private Placement of Equity)
