About The Position

We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Respond quickly to warm, high-intent buyer leads and manage follow-up using our CRM. Conduct buyer consultations to understand goals, budget, and preferred areas within Metro Atlanta. Search for suitable homes, schedule and host showings, and guide clients through property evaluations. Write offers, negotiate contract terms, and advocate for clients using GAR forms and team best practices. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, closing attorneys, and our Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth contract-to-close process. Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service from first contact to closing, maintaining clear communication throughout. Use our team systems and tech stack to stay organized and efficient. Attend team training, coaching, and weekly accountability meetings to support ongoing skill development. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, showings, and transaction milestones. Uphold RE/MAX Town & Country brand standards and all Georgia real estate compliance requirements. Represent the Ailion Team with professionalism in person, online, and within the community.

Requirements
