Key Responsibilities As a valued member of the Nathan Petrosian Real Estate Team , you’ll play an active role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals while benefiting from a supportive, system-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Active Nevada Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or strong related experience with a proven record of drive and success
  • Full-time availability with the ability to manage your schedule, clients, and priorities independently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Commitment to following proven systems and delivering outstanding client service
  • Collaborative mindset — a true team player focused on helping both clients and teammates succeed
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of real estate experience with a consistent record of closed transactions
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, online lead systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish or other languages) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to identify client needs, preferences, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses, offering expert guidance and insights into the local market
  • Prepare and present purchase offers, counteroffers, and related agreements , ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the transaction
  • Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, title officers, and other partners to keep transactions on track and clients informed
  • Respond quickly and consistently to all leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and client data within our CRM to ensure smooth follow-up and team coordination
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences from first contact through closing—and beyond—building lasting relationships and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed team and individual sales goals , contributing to our culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
