About The Position

This role is designed for agents who are eager to assist clients in the buying and selling process, leveraging the team's robust lead generation efforts and inside sales support. As a member of the EmpowerHome Team, you will receive comprehensive training on converting appointments into sales, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet the needs of clients. The team generates over 1,000 leads weekly, and agents are provided with 2-3 buyer appointments each week, making this a unique opportunity to build a successful career in real estate. The position emphasizes the importance of maintaining consistent communication with clients, applying lead follow-up systems, and providing exceptional customer service to foster satisfaction and referrals. Additionally, agents will participate in monthly open houses, with all leads generated from these events assigned to the hosting agent. The role requires effective use of a CRM system to manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule. Weekly sales training and meetings are integral to the position, ensuring continuous professional development and growth within the team.
