The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, occupancy planning, capital investment management, workplace strategy and facility operations for Amazon's corporate office portfolio globally. This role is on the Global Business Partnering (GBP) team, whose overarching purpose is to create a bridge between each business unit and GREF to align real estate strategies in support of business objectives. As a Program Manager on GREF's Business Partnering team, you will serve as a business partner (BP) for the Amazon Stores business unit, working with the org's and GREF's senior leaders. This role acts as the key liaison between these business units and GREF, focusing on three critical areas: 1/ identifying and reducing defects pertaining to Stores corporate real estate to improve scalability; 2/ developing standardized real estate and workplace mechanisms that provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making, leveraging performance metrics and industry trends; and 3/ elevating the influence of GREF's suite of products and programs within Stores to provide greater customer experience and efficiencies. The optimal candidate is an experienced business partner who excels in an entrepreneurial culture, building trust quickly. They have a strong mastery of the range of challenges and scope within corporate real estate and workplace experience. They have vision, strong leadership and communication skills, and are comfortable with C-Suite executives. This person must be able to dive deep and deliver on behalf of the customer while dealing with ambiguity.
