The EB Facilities Real-Estate and Planning team is seeking an enthusiastic leader to help us execute this exciting and innovative strategy as we work to provide facilities to support EB's growth plans.

  • Oversee the management of our current lease portfolio and support the complex issues involved in successfully managing the portfolio on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and schedule the lease renewal process in a timely fashion to minimize interruptions and manage renewal decisions and options to meet business needs.
  • Manage and control the lease request process, which will include, working with requesters to validate requirements that include; Size of space, type if space, facilities condition, location, finance requirements, and navigation of engineering structural aspects of proposed facilities.
  • Stakeholder interface and management to ensure "voice of the customer," quality control, and continuous improvement process are key components of portfolio management
  • Monthly tracking, and reporting of pertinent data, as well as preparation of well-organized reports, presentations, and metrics
  • Regular interface with Facilities Management and Finance Department to review the status of EB's Lease portfolio, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
  • Manage, the lease portfolio software by working with finance to set requirements and build a plan to import existing lease portfolio and, Develop the process that stream lines entering new leases into the software.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance or Business Administration OR 5+ years of experience in a financial field
  • 4+ years of experience in a financial field
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills to work with various groups within EB, Commercial Real-Estate brokers, Land Lords, and internal and external legal counsel
  • Continuous improvement and strategic mindset
  • Ability to develop consensus among stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong MS suite required
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems, techniques and procedures
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Real-Estate
