We are seeking a polished, performance-driven Real Estate Broker to exclusively represent new condominium developments in Fort Lauderdale’s premier waterfront and beachfront corridors. This role focuses on multiple vertical living ground-up projects - boutique towers, branded residences, and architecturally distinctive condominiums. The ideal candidate has experience with development sales, working with real estate developers and sourcing primary and second-home, domestic and international buyers. The successful candidate understands the nuances of positioning pre-construction inventory in a competitive South Florida market

Requirements

  • Active Florida Real Estate Broker license required
  • Proven success in condominium presales and new construction developments
  • Demonstrated ability to transact $1M+ properties
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with international clientele
  • Professional presence aligned with branding standards.
  • Build and manage a team of sales associates
  • Multi-lingual

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for condo towers from pre-construction launch through sellout.
  • Present and sell residences
  • Manage developer inventory, pricing tiers, and phased releases.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and deposits.
  • Maintain consistent communication with buyers throughout construction and closing.
  • Provide strategic insight on unit type, mix and pricing
  • Monitor competitive towers along Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and Harbor Beach
  • Advise developers on absorption velocity and inventory positioning
  • Stay informed on HOA structures, condo association governance, and amenity expectations
  • Cultivate relationships with wealth advisors, attorneys, private bankers, and family offices
  • Host curated broker previews, invitation-only events, and private residence presentations
  • Deliver white-glove service, discretion, and concierge-level buyer experience
  • Manage domestic and international transactions, including foreign national buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on brand identity, lifestyle positioning, and launch campaigns
  • Represent projects at real estate events and private networking functions
  • Leverage CRM systems to track VIP prospects and broker partnerships
  • Support digital and global outreach strategies targeting Northeast U.S., Midwest, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Latin America.
  • Ensure full compliance with Florida condominium regulations and disclosure requirements
  • Coordinate with real estate attorneys, title companies, lenders, and HOA representatives
  • Oversee escrow deposits, contract amendments, and closing documentation
