The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and organizing all aspects of tasks related to Company Real Estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and will be able to leverage their expertise to identify opportunities that align with our business goals. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, staying current on industry trends and researching local markets. This includes marketing company property listings and negotiating leases and purchase and sales agreements. The role also involves prospecting new client relationships and networking with other industry professionals to expand our reach and influence in the market. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working closely with team members to achieve common objectives and drive the company’s growth in the commercial real estate sector.
