About The Position

Donahue Fitzgerald, LLP is seeking an associate attorney for our Real Estate practice group at our Oakland office. The position will provide hands on support for highly challenging and interesting legal assignments. This position will support multiple attorneys. Annual minimum billable hours is 1610, with the opportunity to earn a bonus for hours worked in excess of the minimum.

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on leasing
• Ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar
