About The Position

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is a national law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations. Hall Render is currently seeking a skilled Real Estate attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the health care industry. This position is open in the Indianapolis office.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction where you reside (additional state licenses a plus).
  • A minimum of 2 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate.
  • Extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing and disposition.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreement and related documents.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative approach, client-service mindset and intellectual curiosity.

  • Law review experience strongly preferred.
