About The Position

Our new legal client in Essex County, NJ, is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their CRE transactions practice. The selected candidate will work with family offices, institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience on large-scale transactions.
• Commercial finance experience.
• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Bar admission in NJ and/or NY.

Responsibilities

• Work with family offices, institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors on commercial real estate matters.
• Close and negotiate complex loans on behalf of borrowers and/or lenders.
• Structure and negotiate joint ventures.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions.
