About The Position

Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring a mid -level associate to join a high -performing real estate platform handling JV structures, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions across major asset classes. The team is nationally ranked and active across U.S. gateway markets and globally. Lead and support joint ventures, senior/mezz financings, acquisitions, and dispositions for office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. Draft and negotiate JV agreements, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related equity and debt documentation. Work directly with sponsors, lenders, funds, and REITs on complex, multi -entity structures. Collaborate across offices on capital markets and portfolio -level transactions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of real estate transactional experience from a top firm.
  • Substantial experience in at least two of the following: JV structuring, borrower or lender -side finance, acquisitions, dispositions.
  • Comfortable running workstreams, negotiating primary documents, and coordinating diligence.
  • DC bar admission or ability to obtain promptly.
