Our dynamic real estate department represents owners and developers in financing, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and other real estate matters. We also regularly represent these parties in organizational structuring, real estate joint ventures, complex debt and equity financing transactions, and private offerings in connection with real estate development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Seattle office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department. As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Requirements

Five plus years of extensive experience with real estate transactions such as acquisitions, title/survey review, leasing, and financing.
Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in data center, e-commerce, and mixed use development.
Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
Admission to the Washington State bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
