About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring mid -level and senior real estate associates in LA, NY, and SF. This is a chance to step onto a national platform that wins Chambers USA and Global recognition across practices and geographies, with sustained growth and high -caliber deal flow. Work on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions: mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across asset classes. Expect lender and borrower -side work, portfolio and single -asset deals, and cross -office collaboration with finance, tax, and fund teams.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique platform
- Deal sheet showing mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work
- Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfort running workstreams and negotiating primary documents
- Candidates from non -real -estate transactional backgrounds with clear transferable skills will be considered
