Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire and initiative to take ownership over work and career.
• Good standing with the CA State Bar.
