About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This part-time role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our real estate office, assisting with various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Active real estate license is a plus.
  • Access to safe and reliable transportation is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva, etc).
  • Knowledge of real estate and property management practices is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to assist in closing deals successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing property listings and updates on various real estate platforms.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with numerous vendors in the preparation of properties.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Provide property access for prospective buyers, rental applicants, and vendors.
  • Interface with various clients, including sellers, buyers, and tenants, and help provide resolution with any inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding properties and services.
  • Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.
  • Organize open houses, property showings, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property management activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout all processes.
