Start your Voyage – Apply Now Get to Know the Opportunity The Special Situations Asset Manager plays a critical role within the Commercial Real Estate team, overseeing the most complex and high-risk assets in a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of both equity and debt investments. The team primarily focuses on developing value-add asset strategies and lead workout negotiations. This role oversees the full lifecycle of assets across all property types from workouts, foreclosures, and litigation to guaranty settlements, equity asset management, and ultimately disposition. It requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive strategic resolution and maximize portfolio returns.
