About The Position

Otherwise, all applicants who previously applied do not need to reapply to be considered. Under limited direction, makes appraisals of either non-residential or difficult residential properties. Non-residential classes include rental apartments, industrial property, retail, office building, hotels, condominium office/industrial buildings, vacant land zoned for non-residential uses, service stations, fast food restaurants, nursing homes, day care centers, and other properties as directed. Difficult residential properties classes include vacant acreage zoned residentially, improved residential properties whose value exceeds one million dollars; properties whose value is affected by hazardous materials; agricultural and forestal properties; properties having a possessor leasehold interest; assists supervising real estate appraiser with complex assignments/projects; and other properties as directed.
