About The Position

Work on AI workflows that replace weekend deal work This is not a late-night modeling grind. You’ll work with deal teams, find pain points fast, and help turn them into product. You’ll help shape how commercial real estate and M&A analysis gets done next. You’ll have real ownership from day one.

Requirements

• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No sponsorship now or later
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Know cap rates, NOI, DCFs, and rent rolls
• Built AI workflows that solved real problems
• Strong with both clients and technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Python experience
• API experience
• Background in finance, real estate, or data science

Responsibilities

• Work with investment teams to map deal workflows
• Spot friction in underwriting and deal review
• Build AI workflows for screening and analysis
• Turn messy PDFs into clean, usable outputs
• Prototype features with product and engineering
• Translate customer pain into product changes
• Help improve deal speed, accuracy, and output quality
