About The Position

As a member of The Kumler Group, you will have access to a comprehensive online training university that covers all aspects of real estate, ensuring you are well-prepared to serve your clients effectively. Our weekly team training sessions are designed to enhance your skills and keep you updated on the latest industry trends. We also provide essential resources such as sign post and lockbox installation, professional listing photography, and proven listing and buyer presentations to help you succeed. In addition to these resources, we offer business cards, a customer relationship management (CRM) system known as Perfect Storm, and dedicated transaction and listing coordinators to streamline your workflow. Our compensation package is commission-based, allowing you to earn between $75,000 and $200,000 annually, depending on your performance and commitment. We believe in a flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home while still being part of a collaborative team.
