New agents can expect to earn an average of $110,000 annually, while experienced agents can achieve earnings of up to $350,000 per year. The company guarantees business through its in-house lead program, ensuring that agents have a steady stream of clients to work with. Upon joining, agents will receive personalized training from Robert McClure, the owner of MGR, who is a two-time Icon and a producer with an impressive annual sales record of $30,000,000. Each new agent will also be paired with a mentor and provided with all the necessary resources to ensure their success in the field. The firm caters to a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, and commercial clients, and offers custom mortgage products to help agents expand their business and attract more clients. MGR provides a comprehensive support system, including a full media team, marketing team, and transaction coordination team. Agents can choose between different commission plans (85/15 or 100%) and will benefit from elite training, advanced technology, and strategic partnerships. The firm is looking to add no more than 10 new agents to its team, emphasizing the importance of motivation and a strong work ethic.
