As a member of our team, you will graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly. You will consult with buyers, convert them with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that meet their needs. Negotiating offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with tracking tasks and activities in PLACE Technology. You will also conduct open houses and convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments. Participation in script practice and team activities is essential, as is committing to 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings. You will consult with sellers, convert them to listings, and market homes effectively.
