About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, Alabama-licensed Real Estate Agent to lead residential sales at Live Oak Village, a premier 55 and older gated community. This role offers the opportunity to represent an established neighborhood with strong momentum—262 existing homes and approximately 100 additional homes planned—while maintaining the flexibility to work with buyers and sellers outside of the community. About Live Oak Village Live Oak Village is a vibrant, age-qualified residential community designed for active adults 55 and better. With an existing homeowner base and planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity for an agent who enjoys relationship-driven sales and long-term community growth.
Requirements
- Active Alabama Real Estate License (required)
- 3+ years of residential real estate experience
- Strong knowledge of residential sales transactions and contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while representing the brokerage
Nice To Haves
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Certification or experience with 55+ or lifestyle communities is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Represent Live Oak Village Realty in the sale and resale of residential homes within the community and surrounding areas
- Work directly with qualified 55+ buyers, guiding them through the purchase process
- Coordinate listings, showings, contracts, and closings for community properties
- Collaborate with management and development teams on upcoming inventory and planned homes
- Maintain strong knowledge of community features, HOA guidelines, and age-qualification requirements
- Actively work with buyers and sellers outside of Live Oak Village, growing your personal book of business
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
