Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Proven track record of winning clients over and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
• Experience in luxury real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maximize earnings by utilizing the Redfin platform and customer base.
• Manage deals and client relationships using proprietary CRM technology.
• Work with a dedicated transaction coordinator and support team to facilitate transactions.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments through the inside sales team.
• Achieve higher commission splits by generating repeat business from Redfin clients.
