Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Reach more qualified buyers and win listings.

• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and showing agents.
• Qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar.
• Handle details for events, like organizing showing appointments.
