About The Position

Each year, you will receive 100 new customers from Redfin, in addition to those in your existing sphere or book of business. Our proprietary CRM technology helps you manage your deals and maintain communication with your entire pipeline, alerting you when clients may be ready to make another move. You will also receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and schedules them directly on your calendar, handling many details for events, such as organizing showing appointments. Redfin agents earn competitive commissions on their closed deals, with unlimited earning potential. Commissions vary by deal source, with higher splits awarded for repeat Redfin clients. Additionally, agents have the opportunity to unlock higher commissions through an in-year commission accelerator if they meet specified sales volume thresholds. Top producers can earn perks such as a President's Club trip to an international destination, qualify for stock grants, and gain exclusive access to represent clients in high-priced home transactions through our luxury brand.
