Requirements

• Real estate license required.
• Proven track record in real estate sales.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
• Manage deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline using our proprietary CRM.
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
• Qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar with the help of our inside sales team.
