Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails using a CRM system.
  • Ability to qualify potential buyers and sellers through effective discovery conversations and needs analysis
  • Proven track record of setting appointments for consultations, showings, and follow-up calls
  • Skill in nurturing older leads with personalized follow-ups and proven scripts
  • Capability to transfer leads live to agents, ensuring seamless handoff and accurate CRM documentation
  • Confidence in handling objections while building rapport and providing real value
  • Experience collaborating closely with agents to manage availability and optimize lead scheduling effectively

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound & inbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and hot internet leads through our CRM ( Follow Up Boss )
  • Qualify potential buyers and sellers through discovery conversations and needs analysis
  • Set appointments for consultations, showings, and follow-up calls with real estate agents
  • Nurture older leads using proven scripts, workflows, and personalized follow-ups
  • Transfer leads live to available agents when appropriate, ensuring seamless handoff and accurate CRM documentation
  • Handle objections with confidence while building rapport and providing real value
  • Collaborate closely with agents to manage availability and optimize lead scheduling
  • Track, report, and improve on daily activity and lead conversion metrics
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
