Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Join an agent team or work individually as a real estate agent.
• Maximize earnings through competitive commissions and Redfin.com customers.
• Manage deals using Redfin's proprietary CRM.
• Provide support to clients throughout the home buying and selling process.
• Work with a dedicated transaction coordinator and listing coordinator.
• Qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar with the inside sales team.
