Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

• Prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
• Experience in luxury real estate.

Responsibilities

• Reach more qualified buyers and win listings.
• Manage deals and stay in touch with clients using Redfin's proprietary CRM.
• Work with a dedicated transaction coordinator and listing coordinator.
• Coordinate with showing agents and inside sales team for client appointments.
• Handle details for events, like organizing showing appointments.
