Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
• Utilize proprietary CRM to manage deals and stay in touch with clients.
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
• Work with the inside sales team to qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar.
